PAYMENTS ARE DUE BY THE 1ST OF EACH MONTH

Select the team you would like to make a payment for from the drop down menu below. Payments are processed through PayPal. *Please be aware that the club fee amounts will be slightly higher if you pay online. This is to help cover the fee for using PayPal. (*The payment amounts in the drop down menu have already been adjusted to reflect this -- you will NOT have an additional fee at checkout.)

Your club account will be credited the original tuition amount, without the price increase as this "fee" will go to PJVBC to cover PayPal costs. (For example, the tuition payment is $250.00. The online payment will be $259.55. After making the online payment of $259.55 through PayPal, PJVBC will mark your player's account as having made a $250.00 tuition payment.) Make sure to make payments by the 1st of each month to avoid the late payment fee.

$30 late fee will be added if payments are not made but the 1st of each month.
$30 fee will be added for returned check.

The "pay online" feature is an option for your convenience. You are still more than welcome to pay with cash or check in person at Sunrise Courts or pay by mail and avoid this fee!
